TIP

With weather being a little unpredictable, it is hard to know what to do and when.

The best way to treat the weather is to plan for the worst and hope for the best.

What you grow is up to you and a bit of luck. Putting the right plants or seed in the right place helps.

If you have a book of allotment growing, then choose what you are interested in.

Keep an eye on the garder centres and see what they have for sale. Of course if they have the plants, then you are probable late for the seeds.

But this is not always the case and many seeds can be started over a number of months.

If you want to raise the temperature in a greenhouse by up to 10° then do this.

Get hold of some cling wrap (type used in packaging) and wrap the roof glass in 3 layers front and back and each side.

Will overlap in centre but that is ok. Keep edge of cling film to edge of glass to ensure fitting.
